1.个人概况：
潘羽杰，北京大学博士，现任助理教授、研究生导师。本科毕业于怀化学院物流管理专业（管理学学士学位），硕士获中国地质大学（武汉）地理学专业（理学硕士学位），博士获北京大学环境管理专业（工学博士学位）。主要从事的研究方向为能源环境经济与低碳可持续发展、技术经济及管理、绿色创新管理和健康经济学等科学研究工作。近年来，参与多项国家自然科学基金委青年、面上、优秀青年和重点项目，国家哲学社会科学基金重大项目，以及科技部重点研发计划等国家级与省部级科研基金项目。以第一/通讯作者在One Earth（Cell子刊）、Global Environmental Change（ABS 3星）、Journal of Environmental Management（ABS 3星）等国内外高水平期刊发表论文13篇，其中10篇为SCI一区期刊。多项研究成果受到学术同行和公众媒体的广泛关注，如发表于One Earth期刊的论文被选为Cell官方亮点文章，获《光明日报》等多家媒体报道，另有论文被选为中国工程院院刊封面文章并获专题报道。长期担任Nature Communications、The Lancet Planetary Health、Environmental Science & Technology等国际权威期刊的审稿人。参与撰写的政策研究报告获报送至IPCC、GEO-7、中共中央办公厅、生态环境部等国内外重要机构，并获得引用、采纳及肯定性批示。
